My current openings are for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, an approach that can help quiet the mental noise, loosen rigid patterns, and reconnect you with a clearer, more authentic version of yourself, so the life you’re living finally feels like your own.
I help high-achieving adults in facing burnout, relationship strain, trauma, and questions of purpose. Clients choose me for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and EMDR when they seek deep resolution to longstanding issues. Sessions are collaborative and embodied as we slow down, work with the body, and use modern approaches to reach their goals.

Using depth/Jungian psychology, meaning-making, mindfulness, dream analysis, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, I guide you in exploring the roots of your pain—including the integration of psychedelic experience—and transforming how you relate to yourself.
You may feel stuck—trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or loss of purpose weighing on you—wondering if there's more than symptom relief. Or possibly a challenging journey with psychedelic medicine has left you with a profound experience that you are unable to make sense of. I work with adults ready to go beyond quick fixes: those seeking deeper self-understanding, spiritual clarity, and healing rooted in meaning. Whether navigating psychedelic integration or exploring recurring patterns, I offer a space for depth and exploration that aims to transform challenging experience into a more grounded relationship with yourself.

I have recently begun to offer Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as well.
I have been providing counseling services in the Denver area since 2014. I enjoy working with people of all ages, including children as young as four. Do you find yourself trying to control outcomes in your relationships only to be met with more things to control? Do you feel the need to hide certain behaviors from the people in your life who care about you? Have you turned to alcohol, sex, gambling, pornography and high-risk behaviors to try to prove to yourself that you are capable, powerful and worthy of respect? Have you been wondering what healthy masculinity really looks like in today’s world? If so, you are not alone, far from it actually. I have worked with 1000s of men over that last ten years who have struggled with those same questions and behaviors.

I also have a seperate license as a NMIT to support clients with Psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy, as well as Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy certificate.
You may want to understand and befriend your emotions instead of distracting or reacting from them. You may have tried traditional talk therapy, but it didn’t work. You may be highly sensitive and care deeply about the world, making you feel overwhelmed, stressed, or burnt out. You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, or substance abuse. You might identify as a member of the LGBTQ Neurodiverse community and want support in navigating societal challenges while still being authentically yourself. You may feel lost or confused about your purpose.

At iAmClinic, our primary goal is to help the LGBTQ+ community and beyond establish internal solidarity, rooted identities, and long-term relational health. Each member of the iAmClinic team has experienced their own growth and healing, which fosters the excitement to offer the same life-changing process to those in our community. We created a safe place where people can share their stories, their pain, and their confusion, and what we’ve discovered most is that we created a place where people watch their lives change – a place where celebration happens and joy blossoms.

Finding a therapist who is the right fit for you is a stressful undertaking but worth the time and effort. I really enjoy working with individuals who are introspective, resilient, and want to make the most out of their time in sessions. While working in a training institute I have supervised many new therapists starting their careers and the most common complaint I have heard is that the therapist is "nice" or "supportive" but does not help the client make changes. Balancing support and validation with the push people need to live the life they want to be living is the true testament of the therapist's skill.

Live your truth. Follow your bliss. Do you. Sounds simple, right? Except that, all too often, we convince ourselves that who we are is not enough, that what we want is undeserved. So we stifle our talents, ignore our truth and deny our deepest desires. Before we know it, we’re living someone else’s life, satisfying everyone’s expectations but our own. All to earn the love and acceptance we don’t feel worthy of otherwise. But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Common modalities I use are EMDR, mindfulness, somatic, & ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP).
My clients are individuals who have experienced trauma at some point in their lives. Many of them struggle with relationship challenges, especially around setting boundaries and communicating effectively. They often prioritize others’ needs over their own, leading to feelings of exhaustion and burnout. Emotions can feel overwhelming or hard to understand, so avoidance has become their main coping mechanism. Despite these challenges, they are ready to explore new ways of living with greater intention. They are open to a holistic therapeutic approach that honors all aspects of their lives and embraces their unique identities.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapists
What is Ketamine-Assisted Therapy?
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is a treatment method that involves using ketamine’s trance-inducing and pain-relieving properties to help individuals work through various mental and emotional challenges.

Why is Ketamine used for depression?
Ketamine is employed to treat depression, particularly when other treatments have failed, due to its unique, rapid-acting relief of depressive symptoms and its ability to enhance neural plasticity. Unlike conventional antidepressants, which may take weeks to be effective, ketamine can alleviate symptoms within hours, making it especially valuable for severe or suicidal depression. It acts by blocking NMDA receptors, subsequently promoting the release of neurotrophic factors like BDNF, which aid in the formation of new synaptic connections, fostering neural resilience and reducing depressive symptoms. The psychotropic and dissociative effects of ketamine also provide a therapeutic window for patients to explore and reframe distressing thoughts and emotions under guided supervision, potentially resolving underlying psychological contributors to depression. While its use can be transformative, it necessitates cautious administration in controlled settings due to potential side effects and abuse risks.

How is Ketamine used in Psychotherapy
Ketamine can be utilized in therapy to facilitate psychological healing and transformation, particularly in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. When administered in controlled, subanesthetic doses, it induces altered states of consciousness, allowing individuals to access and explore suppressed or unconscious thoughts, emotions, and memories. This dissociative state creates a therapeutic window where patients, guided by a trained psychotherapist, can work through traumatic experiences, reframe negative thought patterns, and address the emotional roots of their mental health challenges. The synergistic combination of ketamine’s psychotropic effects and psychotherapeutic intervention aims to promote lasting change, enhance self-awareness, and improve overall mental well-being, providing a valuable option for those with treatment-resistant mental health conditions.

What happens in Ketamine therapy?
In ketamine psychotherapy, patients undergo a series of sessions where they receive controlled doses of ketamine, typically via injection or infusion, under the supervision of a trained healthcare provider. Ketamine induces a trance-like or altered state of consciousness, which enables patients to access and explore deep-seated thoughts, emotions, and memories that are typically unconscious or inaccessible. Throughout this altered state, a trained psychotherapist guides the patient to help them process their experiences, offering support and intervention to help the individual address and reframe traumatic memories or negative thought patterns. This combination of pharmacological and psychotherapeutic approaches aims to create lasting positive changes in mental health and well-being by resolving underlying psychological issues and enhancing the individual's coping mechanisms and resilience. The process can be particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with treatment-resistant mental health conditions like severe depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
