Together, we’ll shift deep beliefs & nervous system patterns driving your cycles with modalities such as EMDR, IFS, & Brainspotting.
You’re the cycle-breaker—you’ve done the work, grown, & built a life you’re proud of. But when it comes to relationships, something still isn’t clicking. You’re self-aware, intentional, & know how powerful your thoughts & habits are. You have moments where you feel hopeful & on track, but somehow find yourself repeating patterns that don't reflect who you are. I work with women across CA & CO who feel stuck in this cycle—repeating the same dynamics, overthinking, or wondering why nothing is really happening at all & starting to question themselves in the process. You want a sense of trust & groundedness to feel like your baseline...

I'm trained in Brainspotting and EMDR, with a foundation in psychodynamic work.
You're functioning and showing up, but underneath something feels off– tight, distant, or harder to access than it should be. I work with trauma-related patterns in high-functioning professionals who are used to managing, performing, and pushing through often at the cost of feeling fully connected to themselves. My style is direct, grounded and attuned. I don't stay on the surface, I move at a pace that allows for depth and stability.

It’s rarely one thing. Pieces overlap. Patterns reinforce. What once felt manageable becomes harder to ignore. Something isn’t working. And you’ve already tried to fix it. On the outside, life may appear stable or even successful. Internally, something continues to feel unsettled. Anxiety may rarely quiet. Food or body concerns can become exhausting to manage. Past experiences may still shape how you respond to stress, relationships, or pressure. You may not feel like yourself and wonder if you ever will again. Over time, the effort it takes to keep everything together becomes harder to sustain.

Are you feeling stuck in life, even though objectively things are pretty good? Do you spend more time than you would like to admit overthinking & spiraling about life's uncertainties? Do you feel like things aren’t “bad enough” for therapy, yet you are navigating big life transitions and want a thoughtful space to explore what these changes mean for you? Whether professional or personal, big or small, life transitions tend to stir up deeper questions of identity, purpose, and belonging. I'm passionate about helping people thrive in the two areas that shape their lives most: career & relationships.

In my practice, Brainspotting is at the heart of my practice because of its undeniable impact on human healing.
My clinical experience has primarily involved working with adults and couples on issues with relationships, addiction, self-acceptance, disordered eating, and depression/anxiety. I focus on trauma and its impact on our entire being. I supplement Brainspotting with inner parts/inner child work and other somatic modalities for powerful results.

You may look like you’re doing fine on the outside—working, functioning, showing up—but inside you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Many of the men I work with are capable and responsible yet struggle with anxiety, overthinking, shame, emotional numbness, or patterns they don’t fully understand. You want clarity, stability, and to feel more like yourself again, but you’re tired of pushing through or pretending everything is okay.

However, my specialty is working with trauma and I most often use Cognitive Processing Therapy and Brainspotting to guide people out of the past an into the present.
Sometimes it's hard to see the way through difficult times while bogged down by anxious or depressive thoughts and emotions or haunted by the past. Let's figure it out together. When working with me, you can expect for both of us to be getting to know you better - we will balance honoring your emotions and challenging your beliefs to help you feel heard, understood, and find your way forward. I've been practicing since 2019 in a variety of therapy settings. My main specialty is trauma but I often work with issues related to divorce, anxiety, and life transitions.

Brainspotting Therapists
How does brainspotting work?
Brainspotting works by using eye positioning to identify and process traumatic memories so that a client is better able to move forward and live with less fear. The theory behind brainspotting is that by identifying where a person looks when thinking of traumatic memories, a therapist will be able to guide them to focus on that spot and work with the client to get them out of the “fight, flight, freeze” response associated with the traumatic memory.

Is brainspotting an evidence-based therapy?
Brainspotting is a theory-based alternative therapy. It is one of the newest forms of treatment, so very little research has been completed that examines the mechanism by which it works. The theory behind brainspotting is that eye position can be linked to areas of the brain that store and process memory.

How effective is brainspotting?
Because it is such a new treatment, the effectiveness of brainspotting cannot be quantified. Some people have found it to be effective on its own, or in conjunction with other types of therapy. It is considered an alternative therapy, and it is popular with people for whom more traditional therapies have proven ineffective.

How long does brainspotting take to work?
A typical brainspotting session will last between 60 to 90 minutes. There is no required number of sessions needed to complete brainspotting therapy, but in many cases it is delivered over the course of about six sessions. Clients are encouraged to rate their level of distress prior to a session and again following a session, and to track progress.
