My goal in therapy is to provide a safe space to my clients to feel heard and understood. It's hard in everyday life to overcome the challenges that our mind creates, and I hope to help clients work through the issues that comes with being human and living in today's society. I offer a warm, safe, nonjudgemental space for my clients to be their authentic selves.

I often work with people who are holding a lot beneath the surface while continuing to go about their day to day, whether that's the impact of trauma, grief, life transitions and stress, or a general feeling of disconnect. You may be looking to feel "un-stuck," to change the stories you hold about yourself, to cope effectively with life transitions and change, to work toward a deeper understanding of trauma, grief, or relationships, or to feel more connected to yourself. I aim to meet you where you are. I firmly believe that not everyone needs the same things from therapy, so it needs to adjust to you.

I believe that people inherently want to move towards healing, but life is complex and things get mixed up along the way. I work to help clients move towards their most authentic & genuine selves. Within the counseling relationship, I strive to help clients feel supported & empowered so they can explore themselves, their current circumstances, past experiences, & future aspirations. I believe that people are the experts of their own lives but sometimes need a roadmap to help get back to where they want to be. One of the most powerful gifts that you can offer the world is to heal yourself & I would love to be a part of your journey.

I became a therapist because I genuinely want to provide a space for people to show up just as they are. You don’t need to feel a certain way, say anything specific, or meet any goal on my timeline. When we can sit back and accept ourselves as we are, we begin to hear things we couldn’t while trying to fix or fight parts of ourselves. I believe even the most challenging parts of us have protective purposes—they deserve curiosity, not shame.

Many of my clients feel caught in constant “what if” thinking, intrusive thoughts, or a mind that won’t slow down. You might replay conversations, worry about the unknown, or feel on edge socially or in general. This can show up as racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, or strong emotional reactions. Often, these patterns are shaped by early experiences that influence how you see yourself and others. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences and core beliefs shape your thoughts, feelings, and responses, and build tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and secure.

“I feel like my past still shapes who I am.”
“My mind never seems to slow down.”
“I’m not sure who I am or what I want anymore.”
These thoughts can feel overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone. Many people struggle quietly with these same concerns, and support is available.

In the middle of becoming someone new? I work with adolescents and adults navigating identity transitions—career pivots, new parenthood, finishing school, layoffs, or the quieter realization that the life you’ve been building no longer fits. I came to this work through my own transition after a decade in tech startups, so I understand what it’s like to question your path and grow into something not yet fully defined. I’m also a new mom, with firsthand experience of the disorientation and identity shifts that can come with early parenthood—so if you’re in that season, you won’t have to explain it from scratch.

Some relationship patterns repeat so predictably it starts to feel like you’re stuck in something you cant name but cant escape. You might be in confusing relational cycles, feeling stuck, or you just cant seem to find a healthy partner and lose yourself. Or you're ready to take a break from relationships and focus on empowering yourself again and break free from codependency and insecurity.
I work with individuals and couples who want to understand these patterns more deeply and shift them at the level where they actually live: emotional responses, nervous system activation, and relational dynamics.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or unsure of who you are or where you’re going, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel grounded and comfortable showing up as you are, without pressure or judgment, while we make sense of what’s been weighing on you. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, family conflict, or major life transitions, my goal is to make you feel supported and respected while you gain insight and confidence in who you are and how to manage whatever comes your way.

“My current life isn’t turning out as I hoped.” “I find it difficult to regulate my emotions by myself.” “I feel uncertain about my direction.” “I could use some help.” If any of this sounds familiar, or if you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, or the effects of past trauma, I’m glad you’re here.

I believe that healing in the context of therapy is, at its core, about having someone bear witness to our pain. I’m inspired by the idea that we are all bent towards growth, healing, and our own self-actualization; sometimes we just need a companion as we tap into that internal compass. It’s my aim to hold a safe and empathic space for you rooted in curiosity, rather than a pursuit of any “ideal", as you embark on your healing journey. I take an eclectic approach in the counseling room, utilizing Attachment Theory, Somatic Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Existential Theory, and Person-Centered Therapy, among others.

As a therapist that is trained in a Health Psychology / Behavioral Medicine emphasis, I encourage us to look at how our mind / body / and spirituality are all interconnected. Where as I may pull from varying schools of thought such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive/Behavioural, Humanistic/Person Centred, and Existentialism I find that looking at how these experiences effect our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours can give us insight into how we can become more wholly integrated and mentally healthy along our journey.
