There is always time to add care, light, and fulfillment in one's life.
Are you feeling shrouded in shame and confusion about your sexual desires or identity? Do activities that once brought feelings of closeness and pleasure now bring up loneliness and uncertainty? Sexual issues are completely normal, and you nor your partner are broken. My goal is to help you move towards feeling self-empowered and comfortable in your own skin. Sex and sexual identity are very personal topics that can feel embarrassing or isolating to speak to someone about - everyone is deserving of happiness and inner peace, and I am committed to helping you find your voice so you can advocate for your needs and desires.

However, I enjoy helping people with a variety of different concerns including low self-esteem, stress management, relationship issues, ADHD, grief, anger management, and rigid personality traits.
I believe that human beings have a level of resiliency that is truly amazing. At times, individuals can need some assistance with realizing this and being able to tap into their own strength. I am passionate about therapy because it allows a person to be in a safe space to develop insights and experience healing. The therapeutic process is one that should be open, trusting, and enlightening. My goal is to work side by side with clients to help them tap into their inner strength, in order to enhance their overall well-being.

Hello there…I'm Robyn Flores (she/her). I am a therapist, supervisor, professor, and collector of rescue plants and vintage typewriters. Sometimes life doesn't turn out how we thought. When you are spending too many days unfulfilled, anxious, depressed-it might be time to try a different strategy. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for people to do really great, really hard work. My areas of passion and expertise are working with teenagers/adults struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain/illness and trauma. Fortunately or unfortunately, this passion stems from my own life experiences. These experiences have allowed for a much higher level of empathy and shared understanding, improving my ability to walk with you.
