Whether you’re navigating a breakup, in the midst of the dating world, trying to make friends in a new city, or you’re 10 years into your relationship- you’re feeling anxious and confused about why you keep ending up in the same patterns with people you love. You are aware your anxiety can make you question yourself, but you aren’t sure how to stop it. You might be having trouble sleeping, having gastrointestinal issues, or numbing yourself with busyness. You are highly attuned to anticipate others’ needs, but that often comes at your expense, and you want to increase your intuition to know whether someone is safe and trustworthy.

Many people struggle with feeling like they need to push through and avoid the hurt and stress they’ve been carrying to be strong. My passion is in helping you lift the burden you’ve been carrying and truly see and hear your story. You don't need a reason to start therapy, sometimes you just need someone to talk with and process life and all of its twists and turns. As an attachment therapist, we’ll look at how your symptoms are not a reflection of some personal flaw, but rather as a symptom of a larger relational problem. My goal is to become a safe and consistent attachment figure for you.

I am the life coach for therapists, healers, seekers, & dreamers. NO big Package by-ins--have 1 session at a time with no commitment--and I'll happily give referrals if I'm not the right healer for you. Good fits? Previous therapy experience, already has some understanding of personal 'stuck points' and want guidance, support, mentorship, & 'how-to' tools to live balanced, fulfilled, peaceful. Life is hard enough--easier with emotionally effective tools and strategies. I think my best work is in teaching people from difficult backgrounds how to fully, deeply, love and heal themselves, to get out of survival mode and into LIVING.

Finding a therapist can be overwhelming. Finding a person that looks similar to you, or can connect with your identity in some way, is even more challenging. I don’t look like or act like a lot of other therapists, because I represent the queer community and try to reflect our unique needs in my therapy practice. For the time we are together, you are my only focus and I will meet you where you are. One of my most important goals is to have you feel seen and safe in our work together, because I know that you don’t feel safe in most of your daily living, and how can we be vulnerable and open to growth if we are not safe?
