Releasing toxic patterns of thinking or behavior creates room for growth and helps us be present for ourselves and the people in our lives that matter.
My role as therapist is to be a witness and provide space where the diversity of experience can be explored with openness, compassion, and a lack of judgment. I am direct and will never sugar-coat "the elephant in the room." I believe we all have the answers we seek within ourselves and I am just the guide to help you find them.
