I provide both brief counseling and ongoing psychotherapy as well as coaching. I run sexuality and spirituality workshops locally and nationally. I have 18 years experience providing high level coaching and support for big dreamers, old souls, empaths, creatives, rebels, misfits and anyone else that is ready their fullest, most authentic life.

I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2008 and have experience working with a broad variety of clients and challenges. I work with adult clients of all ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations. I approach every client with a unique and individualized approach, seeking to learn about the client’s strengths and barriers, and discover what goals they desire to work towards in the counseling relationship.

The work at our group practice, Better Lives Building Tribes, focuses on that complex point, at which, individuals intersect with another. Through intimate/romantic relationships, friendships, partnerships, families, and organizations that we are surrounded by, we learn where individual strengths and weaknesses are. Through that knowledge and understanding, we work with people to discover creative means of closing the gap between where people are right now and where they would ideally like to be.

You feel worn down by shame, self-criticism, and anxiety. There's a tendency to doubt yourself, to overanalyze situations or things you've said until you feel embarrassed and exhausted. You've always felt different from others—you wish you didn't have to feel everything so deeply, that you weren't as easily overwhelmed by the "small" things in everyday life. You're past the point of burnout, or you may be quickly approaching it. More than anything, you want to trust yourself, feel more confident, and be better able to manage overwhelming and painful feelings.

I will be fully online as of February 2022. I help people who feel stunted by the lingering impact of trauma and early childhood relational wounding. I offer a welcoming space where safety and trust are imperative, inviting my clients to be truly heard and seen in a non-judgmental environment. By aligning with your innate wisdom, I offer space for clients to feel heard, empowered and supported to work through trauma and relational wounds.
