I am a seasoned counselor specializing in complex trauma - I generally see clients that are seeking treatment to address ongoing issues related to traumatic or chronically stressful experiences but I also work with individuals that are in need of support for depression, anxiety, and management of the stress that comes with living life day-to-day. I believe that there is no one blueprint for wellness and the experience of therapy should reflect that.
