Want to break the patterns that are no longer serving you? Whether it's attracting your ideal partner, feeling more self-worth, or decreasing anxiety I can help you feel better about yourself, so you feel better about life.
Do you thrive on your intellect? Are you typically able to "think" your way out of things? Have your feelings been useless to you up until now? Yet, as much as you've tried to avoid them those pesky emotions keep showing up. You keep repeating the same patterns, even though you really want to change your behaviors. If you struggle to understand your feelings, I can provide the framework for you to become less fearful and more trusting of yourself.

Depression, anxiety , fertility issues, parenting, relationships–these are a few of my specialty areas.
Hello! As a licensed professional counselor candidate, we’ll work together to find an inner sense of balance in your life. Sometimes, that looks like practicing mindfulness or utilizing somatic tools to manage challenging internal states– anxiety , depression, grief or sadness. Other times, that may look like exploring the intricacies of a difficult situation or relationship. Ultimately, the goal is to come back to a sense of joy.

My areas of focus are those who may be struggling with issues relating to depression, anxiety , parenting, marriage, grief and loss and life transitions.
My mission, as a professional counselor is simple: Create a safe and respectful space where my clients can honestly explore, and learn from their personal stories. It is a true honor and privilege to facilitate these personal moments of discovery, that are often raw, difficult and challenging.

I have 14 years of experience helping individuals cope with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), physical and emotional abuse, anxiety , depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, ADHD, attachment disorder, and low self-esteem.
I strongly believe in the protective and positive intention of all challenging emotions and patterns of thought. My goal is to help my clients explore the sources of these patterns, listen to their unmet needs, and then work with these feelings in order to get the need met in a healthy way. I also encourage clients to increase their tolerance of these uncomfortable emotions, which then allows for growth. I validate, support, and accept clients right where they are, while also challenging them to take the lead in their progress and personal growth.

I find that my practice is most successful with clients who experience anxiety , unhealthy cycles of shame or guilt, or those struggling with past trauma, perfectionism, and past verbal or physical abuse.
Hello! I am currently providing therapy through telehealth due to Covid-19. My approach to therapy is working relationally while utilizing the body/ mind connection. I have success with clients with modalities such as EMDR and Somatic psychotherapy to assist with nervous system regulation, help reduce stress, alleviate depression, and manage symptoms from trauma. EMDR and Somatic therapy are integrative and relational approaches to working with the whole person. (Body/ Mind/ Spirit) When we are able to understand how our nervous system responds to stress, we become more aware of healthy relationship with our self and others.

I have experience working with anxiety , depression, chronic illness, grief, and identity exploration.
I see you. Every thought, emotion, and behavior that a person entertains is actively shaping their current reality. I believe in client driven services that honor the individual's wants and needs. I view our therapeutic relationship as a partnership between two people. You and I will define the problem(s) to be worked on and I can share knowledge to help bring about the desired changes. I have a strong calling to support others as they learn to accept, love, and grow into their true selves and move away from patterns that are no longer serving the individual, by actively exploring their unique interests and evolving needs.

Hi! I'm glad you've landed on my page. I know how overwhelming it can be to find the right therapist, so let me tell you a little bit more about myself to see if we might be a good fit. My style as a therapist is laid back, collaborative, and conversational. My approach is to meet you wherever you are at in life, talk through where you want to be, and work together to get there. I hope to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can dive deep, be challenged, heal and grow.

In therapy this means combining an essential foundation of authentic rapport and unconditional positive regard with the expertise to apply psychological science (including CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, ERP) to address specific mental health concerns (including OCD, panic / anxiety , depression, trauma).
I know how difficult the search for a therapist can be. It feels like there's a lot riding on making the right choice, but there's so much uncertainty about what the right choice even entails. Of course you want a professional who seems qualified to address your specific areas of struggle, but it seems to me that the most healing aspect of therapy is the experience of feeling comfortable enough to be radically open with a therapist who you perceive to be compassionate, nonjudgmental, and real. Try to find someone you feel you can click with on an authentic human level; otherwise, it's likely to feel transactional and limiting.

I support individuals and couples in deepening their connection to both themselves and those that matter the most during times of transition and change. When life becomes uncertain, we often experience new or returning feelings of anxiety , depression, general malaise and even grief. Relationship with technology may come up as we explore what works and what gets in the way of getting needs met. Sessions will be insightful and challenging, as steps are taken to make change.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults seeking help with life transitions, relationship issues, identity, depression and anxiety .
I believe in people and their ability to make changes in their lives that best serve them, no matter what stage of life they are in. It is an absolute privilege to join clients as they unpack the complex, inner workings of their lives, feelings and beliefs by providing a warm, non-judgmental, genuine and flexible space to do so. My aim is to collaboratively help clients identify and understand patterns in which they feel stuck, find relief from narratives that are no longer serving them, and learn how to move towards a value-driven life feeling empowered.

Anxiety Therapists
At the core of anxiety is a mistaken appraisal of danger in which threats are exaggerated, triggering an array of negative feelings that overwhelm patients and lead to avoidant behavior. Therapists take aim at the three big components of anxiety—worry, physical arousal or edginess, and avoidance—by teaching one or more well-researched programs of skills that are custom-tailored to patients’ own worst thoughts.
