Living in today’s world is no easy feat, and it can be more FUN when you engage in Somatic Movement practices. Are you feeling stuck, out of touch with yourself, and ready for things to shift for the better? My approach is Somatic-based engaging a personalized plan for each client, which may include: yoga & intuitive movement, sound, breath, meditation, expressive arts, nature & play. From my experience as a therapist, wellness coach and sacred arts practitioner, I have found this integrated method to be magically effective in accessing and transmuting trauma & stress, raising your awareness IQ and ability to uplevel your skills.
I became a wellness pro not just by credentials and decades of service, but because I live it. I have successfully moved myself through some big T's and I have my own wellness team. I am committed to continual growth with Love. I feel it's not a linear journey but a spiral...continually circling to the center of our true being, shedding layers as we unwind.
I offer Somatic Wellness Coaching with Body Intuitive Yoga & Movement. I am also an artist, dancer, writer and singer/songwriter. I believe in meeting the whole person, and guiding my clients into their innate creative playful nature.
