I also enjoy helping people work through major life transitions, anxiety and stress management, faith/ spirituality issues or just general mental health concerns.
Maybe your thoughts never slow down or you fixate on the same thought over and over and over. You're terrified of something happening to your child and can't stop thinking "what if..." Maybe you feel like if there's one more thing added to your plate, you very well might explode. Or maybe you stare at your ceiling every night instead of sleeping, rethinking your day and what you could have done and said differently. Maybe you're having trouble finding your voice as a woman or setting boundaries for "you time," or you're struggling as a new a mom to love your little one and yourself at the same time. I see you and I can help.

Growth isn’t linear, and what can feel like a setback is often an invitation to deeper understanding. In the journey of learning to love yourself, your body, and your relationships, every challenge can become a meaningful point of growth. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate these moments, while also helping you recognize and build on the strengths you already carry. Reaching out for support takes bravery, and my goal is to empower you in a process of healing, self-discovery, and lasting change.

Feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in your own head can be exhausting, especially when life feels nonstop. Many people I work with are used to pushing through stress, overthinking everything, caring for everyone else first, or feeling like they can never fully relax. I believe healing often begins by slowing down and paying attention to what the body has been trying to communicate all along. Our bodies hold stress, emotions, and patterns in ways we don’t always realize, and learning to notice those signals with curiosity rather than judgment can be incredibly powerful.

If you're just trying to get through each day but are finding it harder and harder to find reasons to keep going, I can help. If you've tried everything but your child is still struggling with emotional and behavioral regulation and you feel powerless to help them, I am here. That persistent feeling of anxiety, the numbing fog of depression, the trauma that keeps replaying, the constant power struggles and feelings of disconnect —these are not weaknesses. They are signals from a mind and body that have been under strain, and they deserve gentle, professional attention.

Your life looks polished on the outside, but inside your mind won’t turn off. You’re the one everyone relies on, always holding it together while carrying anxiety, pressure, and the feeling that you can’t slow down. You replay conversations, overthink small things, and push through exhaustion because rest feels uncomfortable or guilt-filled. Maybe depression shows up as burnout, numbness, or disconnection. I work with high-achieving individuals who are tired of living in overdrive. Together, we’ll untangle the patterns keeping you stuck so you can feel grounded, clear, and like yourself again without losing your ambition.

Being a woman often means carrying an invisible weight—balancing career, relationships, parenting, and fertility while trying to meet expectations that feel impossibly high. The pressure to hold it all together can be exhausting. When past wounds resurface or anxiety builds, it can feel like too much. And if getting pregnant isn’t happening as easily as expected, it’s common to feel frustrated, betrayed by your own body, and even ashamed. Watching others share joyful announcements while you face yet another negative test can be heartbreaking.

Spirituality Therapists
What should I expect from therapy that incorporates a focus on spirituality?
Spirituality can mean different things to different individuals, depending on their experiences, beliefs, and life histories. Some individuals focus on strengthening their belief system, while others experience spirituality in secular ways, such as through meditation, yoga, or by spending time in nature. Clients can expect a therapist to help guide and grow their spirituality through any of these techniques, encouraging the individual to cope with the challenges they face and develop strategies to build resilience and purpose to improve their outlook in life.

What are the most common treatments that include spirituality?
There are several treatments that incorporate spirituality. Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) helps a person examine and reframe their negative thoughts and behaviors. Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) focuses on emotional acceptance and psychological flexibility. Existential therapy is most often used to address anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, apathy, despair, questions of identity, and feelings of purposelessness and existential dread. Transpersonal therapy focuses on a client’s spirituality and meaning in life and may incorporate techniques including meditation, visualization, hypnotherapy, dream analysis, and or breathwork.

Can therapy incorporating spirituality help atheistic or agnostic individuals?
Yes. For non-believers, spirituality can offer benefits including a greater sense of connection to others and to the natural world. An interest in spirituality may also spur individuals to pursue mindfulness practices, or to contemplate their purpose in life and how to achieve it.

How effective is spirituality as a therapeutic remedy?
Research suggests spirituality is generally beneficial for individuals. It is correlated with better health habits, such as less substance use, and an improved capacity to cope with stress and other mental health challenges. Increased spirituality can lead individuals to become more empathic and less materialistic, as well.
