Hello, I'm Mark. As we start our journey at the bottom of the mountain, we must understand there are several paths to the top. All of these paths have the potential to lead you to the summit, where you can find the view you've been looking for. You're going to choose your path, just as with many things in life. I will walk alongside you as we ascend the mountain, meeting daily goals along the way. As we move forward, we'll process the roots, rocks, caves, and canyons we traverse. Why do you keep tripping over them, and why are they holding you back?

You’re doing everything you can, and somehow... it still feels like too much. When the weight of life becomes too much to carry alone, therapy can offer a quiet place to breathe and begin again. Whether it’s the fog of depression, the edge of anxiety, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—something in you is asking for care, not judgment. I work with individuals who often appear strong on the outside but feel worn down within. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of the chaos, and begin to uncover what’s been buried or ignored. You don’t have to keep going this way.

I can help you tell the difference between the misleading voice in your head and the voice of your true self. The people who enjoy working with me are looking for a change. What brings us to counseling is often pain. Pain can be called depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction or a myriad of other names, but good therapy can transform pain into insight. Name it- to tame it. I can help you acquire some new skills and challenge the beliefs that are no longer working. I help people find their truth and be more authentic.

Together, we create space for insight, healing, problem-solving, and meaningful change at a pace that feels natural and sustainable. I've come to believe; the only way out is through, thru connection with your authentic self. To help with this I use present centered compassion, deep listening, mindfulness and focusing to work through the now to heal the past and thrive in the future. I have both an undergraduate and Master's degree in Art Therapy and also trained in trauma therapies, Internal Family Systems, ACT, DBT, CBT along with somatic approaches. I have had training in working with various natural medicines regulated in Colorado though the latter not covered by insurance through Headway.

Jungian Therapists
How does Jungian therapy work?
Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.

How long does Jungian therapy last?
Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.

Is Jungian therapy effective?
According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.

Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?
Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
