I utilize play and art therapy in my work with children and teens.
Are you aware that something lays under the surface of your daily life but can't quite name what it is? Therapy is a safe place where you can explore the emotions, memories, and issues that can be easily buried as you go about your life. Whether you have a specific issue that brings you to seek counseling or have just a general sense that something isn't quite right, I would love to meet with you. Often, it is only through connecting in safe relationship that hidden emotions can freely come out.

Hi, I’m Rochelle, and I’m really glad you found your way here. If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just tired of holding it all together, you don’t have to do it alone anymore. Therapy here is meant to feel like a soft place to land but also a place where real change happens. I take a gentle, relational approach to healing, and sessions often include my animal co-therapists, who help create a space that feels grounding, calming, and genuinely different from traditional therapy. I work with people navigating trauma, burnout, relationship patterns, and that quiet, persistent feeling of not being “enough.”

I have additional training in various specialties ( play therapy, Gestalt Therapy, art therapy to name a few).
Do you feel like your world has flipped upside down? Most people in your life probably don't know what you've really been dealing with. Some days you can barely get off the couch, much less shower. You are exhausted, but can't sleep .In pain, but disbelieved. From the outside your life may look great, but you feel you are invisible. Many women with Chronic Illness and/or PTSD feel this way most the time. Often we are afraid of being disbelieved not only by our loved ones, but by our doctors as well. It can take years before women are correctly diagnosed with rare diseases. Chronic pain plus unusual symptoms means we are dismissed.

Hello old friend, we may have never met, but I've seen your pain. The journey from suffering to satisfaction can be a long, uncertain, and winding road. It’s never set. But it's almost always worth it. If you’re ready, I’d like to share that journey with you. I may be able to help you find the peace and freedom that seem so tough to find. If you’re ready to explore your story with me. It’s probably much easier than you think. I can handle the neurobiology and therapeutic interventions, you bring a story and an open mind/heart.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, providing therapy to children and families for the past 25 years.
In children, the most powerful learning and healing experiences are often through play. But play-based and experiential approaches can be used effectively and therapeutically with all ages. Whether through play, art, sand tray or other evidence-based methods like EMDR, I emphasize a strengths-based and solution focused approach to addressing your concerns.

I'd be honored to help you build a more rewarding and fulfilling family. I'd also love to work individually on personal issues. Self-growth and healthy relationships often lead to happier lives and I am here to help you reach YOUR goals!
