Do you feel like you are too much, too sensitive, too loud, too quiet, too queer, too complicated, too angry, or just… different? You're my kind of person.
I work with humans who don’t fit neatly in boxes. LGBTQ2IA+ clients. Neurodivergent humans. Helpers who are burned out. People who are tired of shrinking to make others feel more comfortable. Those who are exhausted from trying to navigate systems that were not built for them.

Welcome! Life and relationships can be a challenge to navigate on your own, especially with unhealed trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression. I understand how overwhelming and impossible it can feel to move forward in prioritizing yourself and conquering some of your fears, developing and maintaining healthy relationships, cultivating happiness and autonomy for yourself, and learning how to cope with life's struggles. Together, we can strengthen your relationships, deepen your connections, and close doors to wounds that have depleted your energy for long enough.

Life feels overwhelming when your mind is racing, past experiences won’t let go, or anxiety makes every day exhausting. I support teens (14+) and adults navigating ADHD, ASD, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Many clients come to me feeling misunderstood or “too much.” My approach is warm, grounding, and nonjudgmental, helping you slow down, make sense of your emotions, and build tools that truly fit your life. You don’t have to do this alone.

For the past 20 years, I have been a successful clinician in the areas of relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency, family of origin issues, substance abuse and couple challenges. Working on change is difficult and I'm here to help facilitate each client to become their authentic self. I am licensed in two states (California and Colorado) and can meet in person or via teletherapy, depending on where you live. With trauma work, however, meeting in person is the only choice I offer.

Welcome to my profile! I am excited to collaborate with you on your next steps towards healing, hope, and growth. The process of change can be challenging, which is why my goal is to create a trusting environment where you feel supported and comfortable throughout counseling or coaching.
It just makes sense that life has its ups and downs, and although mental health has become more mainstream, these ups and downs have always been there. Addressing these challenges is not a sign of weakness; it is a sign that things can change and make a difference, bootstraps and all.

Kaiser Permanente (KP) is an integrated managed care organization. Unlike many insurance companies, KP owns and runs hospitals and medical facilities and employs doctors, nurses and mental health workers.
The professionals listed here have self-identified as accepting Kaiser insurance. That does not necessarily mean that they are employed or in-network with Kaiser. It may simply mean that they can work with you, as an out-of-network provider, if your KP plan allows.
