I am a marriage and family therapist providing individual, family, and couples therapy to neurodiverse families. My passion is providing mental health services to children and adults with autism and ADHD diagnosis' to help them find a true authentic self while balancing stressors of every day life. It can be difficult to find the care you need to address the complexities of co-occuring diagnosis’ and how they impact one another, which can make life feel overwhelming. Finding a therapist who understands how your brain works differently is beneficial to create the change you want in your life.

At Collegiate Coaching Services, executive function & therapeutic coaches provide support to teens who are junior or seniors in high school, as well as to college students and young adults who are not enrolled, but want support with employment and vocational planning. We focus on academic success, mental health support, as well as developing a well-rounded skills, such as organization, planning and preparing, prioritization and more. Relationships are an important part of the foundation of our lives, both the relationship we have with ourselves, and the relationship we have with others. The relationship we have with ourselves can be challenged by internal conflict, feelings of being stuck, and fears that stops us, causing our lives to be unsatisfying. Since we 'live' in all 3 time periods, the past, present, and future, we want to make sure that our past 'stories' are not interfering in our present lives. And then by understanding what our fears are, we can have a better view of the future. Overall, we can become more present. Secondly, the relationship we have with others is influenced by how we're doing, so getting our own 'house' in order will help us be better in relationship! We can experience less defensiveness and more openness. Counseling is an unique opportunity to reconnect with ourselves and others. It's an opportunity to pay attention to parts of ourselves that we try to ignore. It's also an opportunity to have the life that you want and deserve.
