We follow many paths in life in a continuous flow, yet if we hit a log jam it can be impossible to move at all. Activities of daily life become stressful, relationships tense, work, too hard. Our inner critic quickly points out flaws, and we can begin to doubt our abilities. Anxiety and depression, stop us. Then illness or pain start to come, and pushing beyond our limits leads to emotional despair or “chronic” health issues.
