Healthy relationships begin with you. When you have a full plate you may feel irritable and exhausted and that you and your relationships need some TLC. You may feel resentful and/or angry and you may not know why or you may be unclear about what to do about it. You may be listening and living your life according to your inner critic, which can lead to low self-esteem, loneliness, and never feeling good enough instead of loving yourself and having the freedom to be who you are truly meant to be. Your ways of coping may be keeping you hanging on by a thread, but they also may be causing you pain and not addressing underlying forces.
