We are a group practice providing individual, family, and couples therapy to neurodiverse families. Our passion is providing mental health services to children and adults with neuodiversity to help them find a true authentic self while balancing stressors of every day life. It can be difficult to find the care you need to address the complexities of co-occuring diagnosis’, which can make finding the right provider feel overwhelming. Finding a therapist who understands how your brain works differently is beneficial to create the change you want in your life. We are a trauma informed and neurodiverse affirming therapeutic practice.

I help unique individuals increase their self-esteem and confidence in their self-worth while also teaching boundary-setting techniques and getting to the root of why accepting yourself is so hard. My specialties are relationship trauma, religious trauma, attachment pattern and self-awareness skill-building, couples work, and specific techniques for navigating life as an HSP or gifted individual. Many clients come to me for deeper work such as IFS or EMDR after trying CBT.

I have an integrative approach to psychotherapy bringing awareness to body, mind, and spirit. How we eat, sleep, exercise, and relate to each other and the world are all meaningful and woven together in my approach. I use the Synergistic Play Therapy model with children and use the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) with couples and families. I also offer polychromatic light therapy to clients requesting this additional therapeutic modality to promote healing and well-being.
