I help multicultural, multi-lingual, first generation, queer/trans and LGBQIA folks, and creatives heal from past traumas, learn healthy boundaries in relationship, manage chronic illness & pain, and deal day to day stressors. My clients come to therapy to manage anxiety & depression. And also find more ways to access creativity, resilience, and joy! I love working with clients to explore big life questions, find what it means to live authentically between cultures, languages, and to stay true to themselves. With over 15 years of experience, I use mindfulness, somatic therapy, and feedback to help clients reach their goals.
