I work with adolescents (age 14 and up) and adults and provide individual therapy services. I specialize in a variety of therapeutic areas including grief and loss, mood disorders, anxiety, conflict resolution, PTSD and trauma, improving relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and stress management.

I have enjoyed being a professional counselor for over 20 years . I specialize in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Intuitive Art Therapy, and energy healing such as Reiki. I use a multi-modal approach for working with a variety of mental health conditions and relationship issues. I have extensive experience in the field of mental health, including private practice, primary care behavioral health, public schools, and residential treatment. I have clients that come to therapy for a wide range of issues. I am passionate about keeping the therapeutic relationship collaborative and empathic, while striving to weave empirical interventions with hope and perseverance.

I currently work in private practice providing emotional health services to clients of all social backgrounds, ethnicities, gender orientations, religious/spiritual affiliations, and countries of origin.I most appreciate working with intelligent, highly motivated clients. In addition to clinical work, I enjoy teaching, giving presentations, conducting research, and completing assessments.
