About
The human experience is rich, messy, and complex. Our past experiences greatly color how we relate to ourselves and the world, which can lead to a distorted sense of reality. I will support you coming into contact with your present experience, providing relief from outdated ways of being and thinking, and with a fresh way of relating. Having more awareness and connection with your body and senses are a gateway to living more fully. Through our work together, you can feel more freedom and engagement in your own life and experience more ease, joy, and health in your relationships. You have more choice than you think.
My primary training is rooted in Buddhist psychology. I have extensive training to help folks integrate trauma (relational and/or acute) somatically (SE). I am trained in PACT therapy which helps couples explore earlier attachment imprints, learn healthier ways of communicating, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and their partner(s).
With deep reverence for what it means to be human, I look forward to celebrating the unique wisdom, health, and vitality you walk in the door with. I recognize and honor how one’s social identities shape their experience in the world and strive to bring a conscious, socially aware lens to therapy and all aspects of my life. I look forward to meeting you!
