The men and couples I work with are often struggling beneath the surface of success, numbness, or shame. Many carry unresolved relational trauma, experience low self-worth masked by overperformance or withdrawal, or feel stuck in patterns of codependency or compulsive behaviors. They may be facing the breakdown of a relationship and don’t know how to show up differently.
What they want is clarity, connection, and control over their own behavior. They’re tired of pretending, managing, or avoiding. Deep down, they’re longing for intimacy that doesn’t cost them their integrity, and strength that doesn’t require shutting down emotions.
