I primarily utilize Ketamine-Assisted Therapy in work, and use tools such as EMDR, Somatic Psychotherapies, IFS, Art Therapies and PACT to support the the ketamine-assisted therapy in unwinding trauma stored both in the mind and in the nervous system.
I believe that we all have a desire to live full, rich lives - yet sometimes there is something that stands in the way... Together we work to create a safe space to begin exploring what's been happening in your life that is causing difficulties. When we become wrapped up in stuck patterns it is often connection with others that we need most, yet this is what is difficult to maintain. We will work together through a variety of modalities to find the most supportive pathway for your healing.

I also incorporate modalities including I-CBT for OCD, parts work, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, trauma and OCD, especially those feeling emotionally overwhelmed, having difficulty setting boundaries, feeling disconnected from themselves, and struggling with rescuing others. Most people come to my practice wanting to feel better. My belief is that exploring and nurturing our connection to ourselves and others is the pathway to feeling good. As a therapist, I collaborate with clients to foster self-connection through co-investigating one’s internal landscape of emotions, thoughts, beliefs, perspectives, intuitions, and imaginings.

I am a somatic trauma therapist who works with developmental trauma, attachment wounds, shame, grief, and intimacy issues. I also draw from IFS, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, somatic sex therapy, and psychedelic therapy. If you’ve struggled to feel fully seen in therapy—or felt pressure to self-edit just to get support—this space is different. My style is warm, gentle, and rooted in the body. Together we slow down, listen inward, and help your system release old patterns of tension, fear, and disconnection. Healing happens when you feel safe enough to experience your emotions fully, without judgment or performance.

At age 70 now, I've faced hurdles that have taught me as much as my formal training did. 2026 is not an easy time: stress, busyness, finances, relationship issues, and on-screen isolation are norms. It takes courage to cry "uncle!" & reach out for a hand. Assisting people in dealing with frustration, anger, anxiety, depression and indecision has been my labor of love for 37 years. Reach out to me for a 15 minute chat & we'll take a look at what you're facing.

My ideal client is anyone navigating a period of deep transition, disconnection, or the persistent weight of past experiences. They often feel "stuck" in patterns that no longer serve them and are seeking more than just a clinical checklist. They are looking for a supportive, grounded space to explore their inner landscape and reclaim their sense of self. Whether you are dealing with burnout, life shifts, or a desire for deeper meaning, you value a therapist who bridges professional clinical expertise with a holistic, person-centered approach. I work with those ready to move from simply surviving to a more integrated, authentic way.

Creating connection in this isolated world of post-COVID, connection with each another, connection with your inner-self, inner healer, authentic self and the world at large is healing. Using practices of Mindfulness awareness with techniques to sooth the polyvagal nervous system, cognitive processing of the thought, feeling, behavior triangle (CBT), and IFS parts exploration, I work holistically in the areas of mind, body and spirit for the client to thrive. With an MA in Art Therapy, I've also trained in working with various natural medicines regulated in Colorado though the latter not covered by insurance through Headway.

Your thoughts are racing-examining what you did, or could have done, wondering if you are over-thinking the situation. You try to pretend everything is okay but deep down there is a nagging feeling that something is off. So you work on doing all of the right things, trying to fix yourself, trying to improve, but the feeling inside doesn't change. You may even over-perform in attempt to prove to yourself and the world that you are worthy. But the feeling lingers. Many of my clients have had similar struggles with anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, trauma histories, or difficulty feeling comfortable in relationships.

The questions of adulthood cannot be answered by the survival strategies we learned in childhood. In our families of origin, we develop coping skills that help us survive the perilous landscapes of home, school, and community, and often navigate things no-one should ever have to suffer. Upon reaching adulthood, we have far out-used these maladaptive tools. We are depressed, anxious. Our relationships are suffering. We are exhausted in our roles at work and at home. Controlling, worrying, dissociating, raging-these ways of being cause suffering for ourselves and the people we love.

When we’re hurting or just going through a difficult time, so often we feel alone in our experiences. Depression, anxiety, trauma and loss can narrow our perspectives and make us feel disconnected from our loved ones and ourselves. In those moments, it can be hard to access our own sense of worth. I welcome all my clients with unconditional acceptance, wherever they are in their lives, and however they are feeling. I provide clients with tools that encourage and enhance a sense of well being, and offer a compassionate, welcoming, nonjudgmental space to help them connect with their own inner strength and wisdom.

In addition to supporting those with eating disorders, attachment, relational, developmental trauma, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, Brianna can also work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and perfectionism.
As a therapist I deeply value connection and collaboration in the healing process. I received my master’s degree in Integrative Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota and have since specialized in treating eating disorders, body image distress, developmental trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have a specific interest in attachment, relational, and developmental trauma and its interconnected nature with the development of eating disorders. I am happy to work with those actively struggling with meeting their nutritional needs, or those who are further along in recovery and want to work from an anti-diet culture lens.

For over 25 years, my work has centered on the dialogue between the story the body tells and the lived impact experiences that shape us. Through intentional inner focus, I support clients in cultivating the awareness that makes new ways of being possible. I’ve have learned that what many of us are seeking is liberation from what holds us hostage and a renewed relationship with ourselves. My intention is to offer connection, reflection, and deep listening as each person’s process unfolds. Therapy in this setting is a cultivation between process, awareness and attunement, and the celebration of shared lived experiences.
