I believe that we all have a desire to live full, rich lives - yet sometimes there is something that stands in the way... Together we work to create a safe space to begin exploring what's been happening in your life that is causing difficulties. When we become wrapped up in stuck patterns it is often connection with others that we need most, yet this is what is difficult to maintain. We will work together through a variety of modalities to find the most supportive pathway for your healing.

I see clients who are dealing with trauma, although it's not always obvious that past experiences are running the show. Many of my clients struggle with perfectionism, addiction, shame, boundaries, people-pleasing, self-worth, and feeling stuck. I am open and affirming of all identities and bodies, often working with communities I align with, such as queer, poly, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), and kink. I use a collaborative approach with lots of humor and raging against the machine (shame).

I work with women who have been made to feel like they are 'too much', shamed out of trusting themselves, and long to feel at home in their bodies. Maybe you have a history of sexual trauma that has left you feeling hyper vigilant of how you are perceived, stuck in shame and guilt, and find it difficult to trust your own body. Maybe you've done therapy before but feel lost in the self-awareness loop and want actual change in your life. If you're ready to dive deep and break free from old patterns once and for all, let's connect.

My work with couples and families is grounded in the Psychobilogical Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) and I am a Level II certified PACT therapist. I work with adolescents, adults, all genders, races, sexual orientations, and spiritual beliefs.

With over 25 years of experience, I weave together depth psychology and Neoplatonic philosophy to support people in navigating the deeper layers of the psyche, offering a "Spiritual Psychology". I approach the inner world as inherently meaningful—where dreams, symptoms, images, and emotional states are not problems to eliminate, but expressions of the soul seeking recognition. In this space, stories become maps, symptoms become messengers, and periods of confusion or darkness are understood as part of a larger unfolding.

You're capable, thoughtful, and successful in many areas of life — yet something still feels fundamentally off. Arguments escalate faster than you want, or you go quiet afterward carrying a familiar weight of frustration, shame, or regret. You've built a life that looks right from the outside, yet the people closest to you still can't quite reach you. You're not falling apart. You're exhausted from holding it all together alone. You may be navigating recovery, fatherhood, life transition, or simply a growing sense that the way you've been doing things isn't working anymore. You're ready for something different.

Many of the people I work with feel stuck in recurring patterns—whether that shows up as anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, relationship challenges, difficulty setting boundaries, perfectionism or uncertainty about the future. My work is grounded in depth psychology, which recognizes that unconscious beliefs, emotional wounds, and early experiences can influence how we relate to ourselves and others. Through greater awareness and understanding, these patterns can begin to shift. I draw on over 4,000 hours of experience as a professional life coach, and help clients both heal the past and consciously create the future they want to live.

If you’re not interested in surface-level fixes, and are ready for deep, perhaps even profound change, you've come to the right place. Maybe you’re caught in cycles of self-doubt, emotional fog, or beliefs that no longer feel true. You sense there’s more to life, more to you, and you’re ready to uncover it. You’re looking for a therapist who doesn’t just nod and take notes, but meets you with warmth, curiosity, and depth — someone who can hold a grounded, nonjudgmental space as you navigate big questions and reshape your story. If you’re craving insight, clarity, and a more meaningful way of being, you’re in the right place.

I've come to believe; the only way out is through, thru connection with your authentic self. To help with this I use present centered compassion, deep listening, mindfulness and focusing to work through the now to heal the past and thrive in the future. I have both an undergraduate and Master's degree in Art Therapy and also trained in trauma therapies, Internal Family Systems, ACT, DBT, CBT along with somatic approaches. I have had training in working with various natural medicines regulated in Colorado though the latter not covered by insurance through Headway.

Jungian Therapists
How does Jungian therapy work?
Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.

How long does Jungian therapy last?
Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.

Is Jungian therapy effective?
According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.

Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?
Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
