Trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, PACT (Psychobiological Couple's Work), Attachment theory, and Neurobiology, I am passionate about supporting people in relationships, couples, and individuals with developmental trauma, high sensitivity, social
, shame, grief, depression, LGBTQIA+ identity, and the impacts of systemic oppression.
With a foundation of trauma-sensitive mindfulness, I collaboratively create a client-centered space for people to uncover obstacles that block aliveness, connection, safety, intimacy, transformation, resiliency, and joy. With an awake heart, clarity, and nonjudgmental presence, I help clients find perspective, make meaning of life’s difficulties, access their innate wisdom, and gain skills to thrive and emerge into their full self. I am a queer, white, female & gender-queer femme, psychotherapist, poet, and Buddhist practitioner who derives inspiration and purpose from the forces of nature, meditation, and relationships.
