Life certainly has its ups and downs and I am a firm believer in getting the support that best suits you. Therapy is for anyone who would like to feel better, experience more fulfillment, have more clarity, overcome obstacles, and grow stronger & wiser. I believe we can all benefit from taking the time to better ourselves, yet this process is different for each client. For some it might mean putting proven strategies in place to accomplish goals. For others it might include healing from past traumas in order to move past what is holding them back. Developing effective coping skills is at the foundation of it all.

Life is full of changes and challenges that can feel overwhelming at times, leaving us stuck in cycles of fear, doubt, and uncertainty. Often, we replay the same thoughts over and over in our minds, hoping for a solution but feeling trapped instead. It’s easy to lose sight of the strength and potential within ourselves. Helping others through these moments means creating a safe space to explore those feelings. Breaking free from unhelpful patterns and embracing new perspective, we can move forward and become the best version of ourselves- stronger, more resilient, and ready to navigate life with purpose.

I work with people who are seeking more clarity, security, ease, and intention in how they show up in relationships, work, and within themselves. Many are navigating internal pressure, leadership demands, relationship or workplace conflict, emotional patterns that no longer serve them, or a transition that calls for grounded confidence, deeper self-trust, and meaningful change.
We work at the intersection of insight and action — exploring patterns, nervous system responses, attachment instincts, and communication habits, and translating them into steady confidence, secure connection, and intentional behavior.

I am so glad you're here! While our journeys are uniquely our own, we don't have to navigate them alone. I thrive working with couples, high achieving women, and clients navigating the complexities of their twenties. If you are experiencing depression, life transitions, anxiety, or relationship difficulties then I would feel honored to support you. I provide compassionate care that empowers you to build on the skills you already possess and create change in areas of your life that are not serving you. You are so much more than the struggles you face and I want to not only ease the weight you carry but celebrate your successes.

You’re looking for a no-nonsense therapist — someone direct, grounded, and focused on real change, not just talking things through. I often work with adult men who are ready to address patterns that aren’t working anymore, especially around relationships, life transitions, or ways of thinking and acting that no longer sit right.
Many of the people I work with feel off in ways they can’t fully explain, while others are exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck. Most are trying to understand long-standing reactions - emotional numbness or intensity - and why they keep finding themselves in the same loops despite their best efforts to change.

Each of us carries stories shaped by our experiences, relationships, and the messages we’ve received about who we are. Sometimes those stories become heavy or limiting, leaving us feeling stuck or disconnected from the life we want to live. In our work together, I offer a warm, collaborative space, free of judgement, where we can explore and re-author your story — centering your voice, values, strengths, and hopes along the way.

Female Therapists
Does it matter what gender my therapist is?
In general, there is no relationship between a therapist’s gender and their efficacy. Some clients, however, prefer to see therapists of a particular gender, whether due to their own past experiences with men and women, or because they feel more comfortable with a therapist of their own gender due to shared life experiences or perspectives. Considering what one wants to address in therapy can help someone determine whether their therapist’s gender may matter or improve their therapeutic experience. The most important consideration is that a client is able to build a trusting relationship with their therapist.
Should I see a female therapist?
Many people—not just women—prefer to see a female therapist. For women, this could be because they believe that they will be able to better connect with a woman, and that a female therapist will be able to relate to their specific challenges and personal issues. It may be particularly beneficial for women to see a female therapist, for example, for gender-specific issues, such as sexism in the workplace, relationship issues, and gender roles. The most important factor in therapy is the client-therapist connection, and a therapist's gender as well as many other factors may play an important role in this.
Do therapists get specific training to help with women’s concerns?
Therapists are trained to provide care to clients of any gender. However, some therapists may pursue additional training in feminist therapy, gender-specific issues, or women’s mental health. Female clients may wish to ask prospective therapists whether they have received specific training in the client’s primary area(s) of concern, or whether they have worked extensively with women on issues similar to their own.
How can I inquire about a therapist’s experience in treating women?
It’s OK—even encouraged!—to ask a therapist directly whether and how often they have treated women in the past, or whether they have treated women dealing with the client’s most prominent concern(s). Competent therapists will be happy to share their educational background, preferred treatment modalities, and prior client experience to help an individual find the therapist best suited to their needs.
