Zach is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the sate of Colorado. He has extensive background in depression, anxiety and trauma work. He is a trained EMDR therapist and uses this and other techniques to quickly achieve a healthy mind. Zach’s clients feel safe with him, trusting his strength and ability to stay centered in the midst of intense work. He knows how to be present with you in the painful parts of life while also encouraging you to embrace moments of humor and joy. Working with Zach helps you to move beyond “good enough” and achieve deep and lasting healing.

I am currently offering Individual, Family, and Group Therapy. My Individual Therapy work focuses on issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Trauma, Mood Issues, and others. I offer EMDR treatment which is very effective in treating PTSD symptoms and treatment-resistant mood issues. My Group Therapy programs include Wilderness Therapy Programs and, newly introduced groups which focus on RPG (role-playing game)/Game Therapy. My RPG Groups focus on social skills, impulse control, and collaborative story-telling. I am currently accepting new clients for Teen and Adult groups.

I have over 22 years of experience in the mental health field and devoted the past 13 years to developing competency in therapeutic trauma treatment.
