I am passionate about helping people navigate interpersonal/relationship issues, life transitions, grief/loss, and pregnancy / postpartum issues. I also work with the military population on issues related to deployment and marriage/relationships. My counseling approach is nondirective, which means that I will meet you in a nonjudgmental way, listen to what you would like help with, and work with you to set realistic and attainable goals. I also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help you restructure any unhelpful/untrue thoughts that you may be having. You may be surprised to learn that we will use humor in our sessions too!

Relationships are hard! Are you dealing with chronic conflict, sexual incompatibility or potential separation? Do you feel like a roommate with your spouse? It's not too late. I can help. Through our work together, you will feel more connected to your partner, communicate more effectively, cope with past hurts, cultivate the romance you desire, and create a better sex life. I'll also support you through premarital counseling, pregnancy , grief/loss, and infidelity recovery. For those who wish to separate, I can act as a guide through a peaceful separation/divorce. No matter the type of relationship, I'm here to support you with it.

My passion is helping women and couples who want to strengthen their bond by growing their family. Through my own experience with infertility, my passion is helping women and couples through the journey of infertility and beyond into pregnancy and parenthood.

Whether you need skills to cope better in the present, want support in strengthening your relationship, or need to heal from the past, I want to be a part of your journey. Life, especially right now, can feel unpredictable, and I enjoy helping my clients regain a sense of hope and recognizing where they have power to make long-lasting change. We will use interventions that are going to work best for you based on your individual challenges, beliefs, and values. My sessions are a judgment-free zone and I want to meet you where you're at.

I have helped a wide variety of clients, from those struggling with major mental illness to those who are hoping to make small changes to overall improve their quality of life. I am currently a pre licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate and a Registered Psychotherapist with diverse experience in court mandated and outpatient psychotherapy, substance abuse, and treating girls and women survivors/victims of human trafficking, sexual and domestic abuse. I have additional training and certifications in addictions counseling and specialize in working with female youth and young adult women in the treatment of behavioral issues, trauma, grief, domestic, and substance abuse using systems base approaches, group therapy, and expressive arts.
