I am a seasoned master's level psychotherapist with 20 years of experience. I work with an interactive and direct style to help you move to a higher level of health both personally and relationally. Family Systems Theory helps me identify the connection of past hurt and pain to the your present concerns. Cognitive Behavioral Theory gives us tools for changing automatic responses to more desirable ones. I work with couples to enhance their communication styles and to resolve conflicts. I also like to work with premarital couples exploring strengths as well as potential growing edges.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2012. I am a Licensed Addictions Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from Regis University in 2015 with a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am currently in a Doctoral program for Marriage and Family Therapy. I am also a Certified Motivational Interviewing Therapist, Certified Systemic Play Therapist and Certified Systemic Art Therapist.

I am very good at encouraging and supporting folks as they engage in self-exploration.
