My clients are individuals who have encountered barriers to health and happiness in the form of co-dependency, mild to moderate mental health and other life issues (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, substance abuse, relationship problems, etc.). I utilize strengths-based counseling, identifying client strengths from which to build upon. In addition, I utilize evidenced-based Person-Centered Counseling, Mindfulness, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed modalities and place an emphasis on personalized recovery, spiritual growth and whole-health recovery.
