With over a decade of clinical experience in a variety of settings, I specialize in anxiety management, social anxiety, depression, and traumatic grief. Additionally, I help clients with motivation, stress/overwhelm, life-transitions, family conflict or separation, career transitions, trauma, parenting and much more.
I draw from many different theoretical approaches, but my work most closely aligns with ACT, CBT, and DBT.
