As a queer counselor, I look to empower clients to love and embrace their authentic selves. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a plan to manage challenges, make changes, and build skills. I am trained in both CBT and EMDR and use these modalities in coordination with mind-body practices with individuals 12 years of age and up to make long-lasting changes.
