CCAPS is a low-fee community mental health clinic offering quality service provided by doctoral students enrolled in the CNU College of Psychology doctoral program. Our student therapists are supervised by licensed psychologists who help ensure that empirically validated treatments are provided at a very low cost. Our goal is to make mental health service more readily available to the greater Sacramento population. We welcome individuals ages 5 and up from all backgrounds and we strive to provide clients with an environment that feels respectful and validating. All potential clients will be screened to ensure we are a good fit.
Through our training clinic, we offer individual therapy to adults in the greater Sacramento area. Potential clients will first be screened to determine whether we can meet your needs. Ongoing therapy can be provided in person or virtually.
Reaching out to a therapist can be difficult for some. CCAPS staff will treat you with respect and compassion.
