I provide compassion, validation, and insight to help my clients address their personal life challenges and create more fulfilling and balanced lives.
I work with a diverse population of adolescents and adults with varying treatment needs. I have specialities in stress management, relational issues, anxiety, depression, identity issues, trauma, grief and loss, and self-esteem.
In my work, I view my clients as the expert of their lives, and I work to join and assist my clients in their journey toward desired change and personal growth. I integrate empirically derived techniques to tailor my approach to best meet the unique needs of my clients.
