You’re not alone. I have built my profession around helping people just like you. I specialize in trauma, attachment styles, and relational healing with self and others. I am trained and certified in EMDR, in addition to advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Lifespan Integration (LI), as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I specialize in treating adults experiencing anxious/avoidant attachment styles, low self-worth, anxiety, depression, infidelity, divorce, infertility, grief, and loss. Additionally, I specialize in treating individuals who are recovering from PTSD, Complex PTSD, betrayal trauma, or narcissistic relationships.
