I work with women, couples, and mothers and daughters who feel caught in patterns they understand intellectually but can't seem to change. They may struggle with people-pleasing, boundaries, emotional overwhelm, conflict, shutdown, over-functioning, or losing themselves in relationships. I especially welcome highly sensitive, intuitive, creative, and emotionally perceptive women. Together, we slow the pattern down, reconnect with what you actually know and feel, and build more choice without asking you to become someone you're not.
I specialize in a trauma-informed blend of relational and somatic therapy for women, couples, and mother–daughter relationships. We explore the patterns beneath conflict, self-abandonment, people-pleasing, withdrawal, and difficulty expressing needs. My work draws from somatic, relational, IFS-informed, narrative, and expressive approaches.
