Are you feeling anxiety in your relationships? Do you feel a tightness in your
chest, your breath is shallow and a general feeling of overwhelm? I have spent at least 17 years focusing on anxiety in relationships and can help you get relief from
anxiety. You don't have to walk this journey alone, we can collaborate together to
help you grow and thrive.
Currently, I have openings for individuals and couples. I have some openings on Saturdays and more openings mid week. The clients that show up in my office need support with codependency, abuse, trauma, mood disorders, infidelity, relationship and sexual intimacy.
My approach is intuitive and direct at times. Each client has a unique way of processing emotions , thoughts and body sensations. I do my best to help clients feel safe and at ease in sessions. I am influenced by an array of modalities; Transactional Analysis, Energy Psychology, Emotionally Focused therapy, Internal Family Systems & somatic therapy.
Whether you feel more comfortable processing experiences mentally, emotionally or somatically my job is to honor your process so that you feel seen and safe. I am also learning as a human being and a therapist and invite clients to give me feedback so as to better support their needs. Clients report that they enjoy my playful side as it puts them at ease.
