About
I am LGBTQ, Polyamory and Kink competent/affirming. I am inclusive, non-judgmental and secular. If you are feeling depressed, anxious, or stressed out, or if your relationship(s) lack intimacy, warmth, or communication, then let's work together to restore joy and balance. I would love to accompany you on your journey back to a vibrant, happy wholeness. I AM NOT CURRENTLY ABLE TO ACCEPT NEW CLIENTS. I MAY BE ABLE TO HELP WITH A REFERRAL OR INFORMATION ON WHERE TO GO FOR COUNSELING IN ONE OF MY SPECIALTY AREAS. I AM ALSO HAPPY TO ADD YOUR NAME TO MY WAITLIST. EITHER WAY, GOOD LUCK ON YOUR JOURNEY!
What's it like to work with me? I am a warm and compassionate counselor who speaks from the heart. I am intuitive, and I tailor therapy to suit the needs of each client. I am optimistic, and believe in the power of the human spirit to overcome hard times.
My therapeutic style is eclectic, encompassing a wide range of therapy styles and techniques, but I focus more on proven models of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral and Person Centered Therapy, with an Existential focus on defining personal meaning.
