I work with individuals and couples who are engaged and motivated to reach their goals and fulfill their potential. Together, we can work to identify your wants and strengths surrounding many topics, to include LGBTQ+ concerns, family conflict, relationship distress, anxiety, and addictions. I have experience working with individuals from marginalized communities, law enforcement, and mental health professionals. I have research experience with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and neurocognitive processing, addictions, and behavioral health interventions within specific populations.
My theoretical approaches draw from Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Narrative Therapy; I prefer to work with you to find what approaches work best to address your concerns and reach your therapeutic goals.
I am grateful that others allow me to be a part of their wellness journey and work hard to establish trust and display compassion for everyone. I am currently accepting in-person clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and every-other Saturday. If you prefer online sessions, I have availability on Thursdays.
