This group is co led by my wife and me, and is designed for couples who want more than surface level change. We create space to slow down, be honest, and reconnect in meaningful ways. The focus is emotional safety, feeling seen, and feeling understood. We explore how communication breaks down, how repair actually works, and how everyday patterns create distance or closeness. It is about learning how to show up more intentionally. Using real life experience, evidence based insight, and practical tools, we help couples build trust and create relationships that feel supportive.
