After nearly two decades in clinical practice, my own experiences with learning differences, co occurring challenges, and medical issues reshaped how I understand healing. I came to appreciate an approach grounded in the present, focused on solutions, growth, and meaningful change rather than endless exploration of the past. I found that insight alone does not create relief. My work is goal oriented, practical, and collaborative. I help clients identify patterns, overcome obstacles, and build lasting change so they can regain direction, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose in their lives and relationships moving forward.
I hold two Master's Degrees, a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology along with over two decades of serving others. I am an actualization coach with specialty in mental and physical/mental health and wellness. I also offer parenting, ADHD, academic and behavioral coaching to children and adolescents. I empower my clients to effect positive change in their lives.
Using a time-limited, solution focused goal oriented approach, my methodology helps clients to 1.) identify limiting beliefs and self-talk, 2.) take accountability, 3.) identify and change problematic behavior patters, and 4.) reinforce new behaviors and patterns that lead to the actualization of their goals, plans and dreams.

It is about learning how to show up more intentionally.
