About
The combination of many years experience, well developed treatment skills and a true passion for my work, offers someone a wonderful therapeutic experience. We work together to identify, understand and explore what is keeping a person either unhappy, anxious or immobile in life. The therapeutic process affords one the answers to questions, the ability to strengthen oneself and move forward in life. I have studied many different techniques which gives me the ability to customize the treatment approach that best suits an individual and his or her needs.
My specialty is working with couples, groups and individuals over 20. We work on the plethora of problems that the journey of life presents: relationship difficulties, not having a relationship, loneliness, anxiety, inability to communicate feelings/thoughts and depression , Post traumatic stress, panic attacks, feeling lost, the inability to cope and infertility.
Group work is a wonderfully productive way to work on many issues at one time. We experience our issues in our life groups, home, family, friends and work. The group recreates outside life in a safe environment to strengthen communication skills, confrontation issues, trust, acceptance of oneself, emotional triggers, ego and the modification of anger.
