All people can face adversity sometime in life. Difficult and trying times, mental illness, relationships difficulties, adjustment to life circumstances, chronic pain, loss, or internal struggles are not what define us, but the way in which we respond reveals our strengths and builds true resiliency. This may be your time to reach out and seek professional help. I can help those searching for mental and emotional relief by shifting negative thought patterns, changing problematic behavior patterns, and regulating emotions. Increase confidence and hope in your abilities to overcome any challenge in life.

Something keeps happening: in your relationships, how you feel about yourself, in the decisions you keep circling back to, and part of you is tired of not knowing why. You might feel stuck in a dynamic you can't quite name. Or disconnected from what you actually want. Or like you've been carrying something for a long time and you're finally ready to set it down. I work with individuals and couples who want more than symptom relief; who are ready to genuinely understand what's driving their patterns and do something meaningful with what they find.

It’s not easy when you are feeling alone; like no one understands you or what you have been through. When you are having flashbacks, nightmares, triggers and when you live with constant anxiety, depression and physical symptoms. It's OK to ask for help! It’s not weakness when you seek out help through therapy. On the contrary, it shows incredible strength. I provide a warm, calm, non-judgmental, supportive and safe environment. I am LGBTQ-affirming. The therapy session is yours, not mine, and we go at a pace that is comfortable to you. I am licensed in TX, NV, and CA.
