My patient population is comprised of adults suffering from Generalized Anxiety, Panic Disorder, OCD, mood disorders, and PTSD. I also have special experience in treating law-enforcement/corrections and healthcare professionals.
I am trained in Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) . I also utilize prolonged exposure (PE). I am a licensed clinical psychologist of over 10+ years in private practice. I also have previously worked as a forensic psychologist for the State of New Jersey.
My practice is structured as a micro practice, in which I keep a very small caseload and a specialty means of contacting and coaching between sessions whether in person or telehealth.
