At CFNA we specialize in ADULT comprehensive neuropsychological/psychological evaluations with evidence-based assessments, drawing upon the latest discoveries in neuroscience, psychological theories, and educational research. The evaluation is a pragmatic and interactive process where individual cognitive strengths and weaknesses are identified to understand each person’s unique profile. Neuropsychological assessment can determine if observed cognitive changes are age-appropriate, or a signal for some sort of pathology. PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT PROVIDE THERAPY AT THIS TIME, ONLY EVALUATIONS/TESTING AND AM NOT ACCEPTING INSURANCE.
A referral for a clinical neuropsychological assessment is appropriate whenever there is doubt about a patient’s cognitive and/or emotional/behavioral functioning. We provide IMEs as contractors, clinical neuropsychological evaluations (e.g., functioning after TBI, stroke), and academic evaluations (academic accommodations).
