I am a trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapist in recovery with over 25 years of sobriety, integrating lived experience with clinical training. Now offering: EMDR/Brainspotting/Parts work, IFS informed and reiki healing intensives. Experience healing for personal and professional growth. Intensives allow you to work more intensely rather than using a week-to-week model. They are customized to meet your needs and can be anywhere from 3 to 6 hours. Intensives can be stand alone or adjunct to your weekly therapy. We also offer intensive retreats in Costa Rica for healers. EMAIL only to inquire about our retreats.
Intensive Programs are a more flexible model of treatment to provide you with the support you need quickly. Intensives are focused personalized treatment plans that zone in on specific goals. My goal as an Intensive EMDR/Brainspotting Coach is to help you get relief faster and more efficiently. Family and relational life coaching intensives offered as well.
I, Antonina (Toni) Vitale, LCSW am an EMDRIA certified therapist in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Approved Consultant, Certified Brainspotting Consultant and Reiki Master. EMDR/Brainspotting/Part Work are my primary modalities of treatment. Family and relational life Coaching. Biofield healing can be incorporated during your sessions.
