I am an LCSW with more than 15 years experience as a therapist and I have worked in Social Services for more than two decades. I am trained in many therapy modalities, such as TFT, CBT, SFT, Seeking Safety, CBI, MI and (my personal fav) EMDR/Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. I attend trainings frequently to ensure my clients receive quality care.
