I worked with an individual who was a teacher and over 30 years of her life. She put her husband, family members and job needs over herself. She had a mental break down at work triggered by a disturbed student. I worked with her as therapist using cognitive behavior therapy, she felted unhappy, guilty and embarrass that she did not focus on her happiness all these years.
