Our practice provides quality, affordable mental health care and coaching aimed to help you live a happy and healthy life. We are down-to-earth, nonjudgmental professionals who specialize helping clients who are recovering. Our slogan is "Survivors Thrive Here" because our clients have endured and survived life's most difficult circumstances. We address childhood abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, spiritual abuse, chemical dependency, narcissistic abuse. We offer health and wellness coaching, recovery coaching, and the SNAP Educational Recovery program (Survivors of Narcissistic & Abusive Personalities).
For mental health therapy, our counselors use techniques like EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, psychoeducation and motivational interviewing. We will help you rewire your brain in order to address problematic thought patterns, self-defeating behaviors and lingering trauma from the past.
You can become the person you were always meant to be. Our therapists and coaches will join you on your path of recovery to guide you and support you. We will meet you wherever you are in your process. Our fees can meet your financial needs. Let us know how we can help!

Professional Connections

Mandy is a stellar therapist. I am so appreciative of her skills that I have referred my own friends and friends of friends to her. She brings a combination of compassion, humor, and clarity combined with a grounded understanding of current research and theory to her practice.
