About
How would you rate the quality of your relationships at this moment? Do you enjoy your own company? How is your connection with your family? Do you have a sense of community? Let's explore the various manifestations of loneliness and intimacy. Your overall well-being is determined by the status of your intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. I want to work with you to create the life you desire - let's work toward it together.
I believe therapy is a collaborative, client-driven process - a process tailored to fit a client's evolving needs. My role in the therapeutic partnership is to provide support, guidance, and clinical knowledge; and to highlight strengths and capabilities in a nonjudgmental, and safer environment. I am committed to supporting you on your evolving journey.
I graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Neuropsychology & Women's and Gender studies. I obtained my MSW at Fordham University in 2018. I have been professionally working with marginalized communities, specifically BIPOC & LGBTQ folks, and survivors of violence since 2015. Currently availability: weekday evenings
